Great, great read.

I cannot give 110%
Seriously though, one of the greatest TV moments ever. Gigantism and Ozzie’s trip to the phantom zone are perfect. I’ll bleed yellow.
Eclectic fan? You don't know the half of it.
Geez, Griffey was 21 when he did the voice for his character.
Also, Swartzwelder is a legendary recluse. The stories of him on the DVD commentaries have a reverent tone for a reason.

The commentaries
The commentaries for the Simpsons are almost as funny as the shows themselves. They have a reverent tone because he’s written more than anyone else has, or likely ever will, for the show.

I'm surprised no one has been all "Teh Simpsonz isn't funny and iz dum!"
But, this is AA, and we are all smart, so…
"Blinding ignorance does mislead us. O! Wretched mortals, open your eyes!" Gil Hodges IS a Hall of Famer.

If I ever have a kid
he/she won’t be watching Go Gabba Gabba or what ever show is made for children at the time. He/she will be watching box sets of The Simpsons, 90"s Nickelodeon (Rugrats, Doug, Rocko’s Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, etc), and Adventure Time.

I still believe
that Hey Arnold was the best Nick show from that time period, maybe their best show ever.
What's that about?

Adventure Time
truly is great. Its a beacon of hope in a dark world of kids entertainment where everything is soft fluffy and cute. Finn and Jake..though have good moral tales..kick ass 90% of the time. young boys need that release
I hate Philadelphia so much.
I love how weird it is. Whether it's Finn's "science dance" or LSP's over-confidence about her hotness, there seems to be at least one moment of "what the what?" hilarity in every episode.
I feel like Cartoon Network is trying to be the new 90’s Nickelodeon – and they’re doing a pretty good job at it, although their partnership with DC could funnily enough derail that movement.
