2012 New York Mets Spring Training, Amazin' Avenue-style

Just like last year, I'm down in Port St. Lucie for Mets spring training for a week or so providing you with proof that baseball is indeed on its way. I'll be updating each day with photos and video from around camp, as well as random chats with players and coaches around the complex.

Today's video journal will be a treat for those of you who follow the farm system. By the time I got off the plane and showed up in camp I only managed to catch the minor league workouts. However, I didn't mind much as I was able to get some great footage of a number of interesting prospects. That includes guys like Zack Wheeler, Domingo Tapia, Albert Cordero, Phillip Evans and many more. Enjoy!

Don't forget to check back early and often for continuing updates from Mets training camp in Port St. Lucie. I hope to catch up with the coaching staff, new additions, and returning regulars throughout the week.
