Nationals launch Take Back the Park Campaign
Can't say it's a bad idea, especially in recent years with our house getting the same treatment from Philidouchia and last year with Giants fans.

I miss the days when we took over the Philth's stadium
I look forward to doing so again in the future, given that Ruben Amaro’s player evaluation skills should have that team back in the basement where they belong before too long.
Mark Cuban for owner! Save us from the Wilpons!
what Mets fans shoudl do is show up in droves to all the away games, and not go to home games
supports the team, screws the wilpons, everybody goes home happy!

Except that the money goes to the away team
Thereby making the mets lose money, thereby making them spend less money, thereby making the team terrible…
gonna happen anyway, might as well rip the band-aid and go for broke (literally)
so we can get some new blood in ownership

I really liked their stadium
except all the little kids more interested in doing the wave than watching the game. Sat like 10 rows back when it was a pretty empty game, tickets were like $35 on stubhub, and everyone around me who wanted a foul ball, got a foul ball. Plus, some guy first row was throwing that bubble gum with the comics to anyone interested. Fun night

I can't wait to catch a Mets game there this summer
I’ll be in Baltimore, so I’ll probably see an O’s game too. I’ve been to a Mets game at RFK and that place made the Nassau Coliseum look like PNC Park in comparison.

go to both parks
they are both wonderful places to watch baseball games. It’s probably not too far for you to go to a phillies-mets game either, though be wary of douches attacking in the parking lot or throwing up on you

I've been to CBP in 2006
At the beginning, everyone in my section was either a Mets fan or a Phillies fan too depressed to say anything. Unfortunately, Pedro gave up like 10 runs and the Mets were shut down by Randy Wolf, so it got ugly for me very quickly.

when I went, no joke
some douchey philly fan — not just saying that, he was being an ass to my family and I, and a drunkard in general — got hit in the eye with a hot dog that they shoot out of one of those air guns. I kinda wanted to laugh, but that felt wrong

It was Shea South.
Time to update this: 2009 Did Not Happen. Neither did 2010. Or 2011. Sports suck.
I've been to Camden Yards
It’s real nice. Plus, there’s like bar row across the street from the place.
Boog’s BBQ is overrated, though.

it's decent
get Ben’s Chili Bowl if you can. They have a Shake Shack and Blue Smoke there, too (as of last summer), but if you’re in DC you might as well get the DC specialty and leave the NY stuff for Citi Field.
