CNN recently ran a video profile on R.A. Dickey called "A knuckleballer's journey," in which Dickey talks about being a first-round draft choice of the Texas Rangers, losing nearly all of his signing bonus because MRIs revealed his lack of an ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) in his pitching arm, making arguably the worst debut start in baseball history, and resurrecting his career.

The video is four minutes long and is well worth your time even if you're already quite familiar with Dickey's story.
