It could be a better option than having Jeremy Hefner go out there every 5th day. At least Kazmir is a former ace with a proven track record. And even is Santana comes back and Kazmir is pushed out of the rotation we could use him as a long man out of the pen, something we haven't had all year( at least not a good one)Same deal with Jon Garland, Javier Vazquez, or Rich Harden.
