With a fastball sitting in the upper 90s, an exceptional strikeout rate and a dominating season at Savannah, Tapia has a legitimate shot to crack the top 5 for some Mets top prospects lists. However, without any secondary pitches beyond his fastball and changeup its hard to see him becoming anything more than a reliever. What do you think about Domingo Tapia?
