Question about isolated slugging

Let's say you have two players, both with a large enough sample size to evaluate their performances. Assuming that their on base percentages are both equal, would you rather have Player A, who has a higher batting average and a lower slugging (thus a lower isolated slugging), or Player B, who has a lower batting average but a higher slugging (thus a higher isolated slugging)?
