If you always wanted to spend a night with Mets first baseman Ike Davis, here's your chance. This Sunday, August 9, Davis is hosting a charity event to benefit Solving Kids' Cancer, a nonprofit organization whose dream is to "extend life for children with the deadliest forms of pediatric cancer today while making survivorship possible for all children by 2015," and the Liddy Shriver Sarcoma Initiative, whose mission is "to improve the quality of life for people dealing with sarcoma."
