It appears that Noah Syndergaard went all out today for Halloween, tweeting this photo of himself crushing squats at the gym.
It's Halloween! You know what that means? Max out on squats! pic.twitter.com/OUORUntwaZ

Thor. An appropriate choice for the Mets' blonde, 6-foot-6-inch, 240-pound, thunder-bolt-armed uber-prospect. And don't let the single plate in that pic fool you; Noah assured a questioning fan that was his warm up set, and he maxes at 445 pounds.
Syndergaard is coming off an impressive season split between Single- and Double-A, having registered 133 strikeouts against just 28 walks, and getting a taste of playing in New York while starting the MLB Future's Game on the mound at Citi Field.
No word on other Mets hitting the weights in costume today, or if superheroes were a team-wide theme. Personally, I'm holding out hope for a picture of Jay Horowitz as the Penguin.
