The Red Sox torched David Price and beat the Rays for the second game in a row, this time by a score of 7-4. David Ortiz hit two home runs and Price was not happy with how Ortiz watched his second bomb. Then, Price got on Twitter and let all those stupid nerds have it! SAVE IT NERDS! What a cool guy.

The A's walked-off on Stephen Vogt's bases loaded single, as they defeated the Tigers 1-0. Sonny Gray and Justin Verlander both pitched masterfully in this one. The series is tied at one as the two teams head to Detroit on Monday.

The Pirates and Cardinals start game three of their series this afternoon at 4:30, while the Braves and Dodgers play their 3rd game tonight at 8:00.

Around the Majors

Alex Rodriguez is not only fighting Major League Baseball and the Yankees' team doctor, but now he's also fighting the MLB Player's Union.

Rumor has it that the Marlins are now "all-in" on pursuing Cuban first baseman Jose Dariel Abreu. No word yet on if they're "all-in" on trading him away for prospects next offseason.

Eno Sarris spoke with Sonny Gray about refining his mechanics and letting it fly.
