MLB Trade Rumors is projecting that prospects called up in late April will allow teams an extra year of control. They'll have to wait until mid-June in order to avoid them gaining Super Two status. The latter gives the player a 4th bite at the arbitration apple which if they're performing at a star level can be big bucks.
