Over the first eight seasons of his career, Ralph Kiner hit home runs at a faster rate than any other player in baseball history.

Of course, Mets fans will remember Ralph Kiner as a lovable broadcaster. But he was also one of the most prodigious power hitters in baseball history. No player has hit more home runs than Kiner over the first eight seasons of their career.
