The Mets were without Juan Lagares (elbow soreness) and Lucas Duda (hamstring tightness) on Sunday, but neither player figures to be out for long.
After the game, manager Terry Collins held a team meeting to address the Mets' struggles.
New York also made a roster move, calling up Danny Muno again while sending third catcher Johnny Monell back to Las Vegas.
Collins told reporters that Matt Harvey is going through a dead arm period. Apparently that's not a serious issue.
Meanwhile, Dillon Gee will make one more rehab start with Binghamton before joining New York's dreaded six-man rotation.

Aaron Harang and his vagabond career could move to yet another new team this July.

We don't see a lot of home plate collisions anymore, but Steven Souza appeared to have no issue railroading Oakland's Stephen Vogt.
Considering the recent David Wright diagnosis, the Mets may be looking for longer-term fix at third base. It turns out that Casey McGehee is now available on waivers.
