Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (59-47)_______________________________________
SACRAMENTO 4 LAS VEGAS 2 (Box)
Luis Cessa continued his struggles since arriving in the PCL, and now has an 8.51 ERA and 1.77 WHIP in five starts. The big blow was a two-out, bases loaded double by journeyman Kevin Frandsen in the second which cleared the bases. Dan Rohlfing hit a home run for the 51s, and I don't know enough about the alternative medical treatment 'rolfing' to integrate a joke here, so we'll just move on.

Double-A - Binghamton Mets (57-46)_____________________________________
BINGHAMTON 11, RICHMOND 3 (Box)
The game was tied 3-3 going into the seventh, where the B-Boys rapped five straight hits to open the frame, scoring four. They hung another four-spot in the ninth to officially make it a laugher. Every position player in the lineup got at least one hit, and the team racked up nine extra-base hits. Gavin Cecchini is now 9-for-his-last-11, has collected at least four hits in four of the last twelve games, and is sporting a 6-game hitting streak.

BROOKLYN 7, HUDSON VALLEY 1 (Box)
The 'Clones went all 'Sesame Street' on the Renegades, scoring one in the first, two in the second and three in third to run away with this one. Tyler Badamo pitched well to earn the W and stop a personal three-game losing skid.

Rookie - Kingsport Mets (18-18)__________________________
PULASKI 4, KINGSPORT 2 (Box)
Kingsport's attempt at a rally in the eighth was reminiscent of the parent club. Dash Winningham and Patrick Mazeika both reached on walks, but Milton Ramos bunted into a forceout which killed the lead runner. The Cards' 3B Allen Valerio tried to turn two on the bunt, but threw it away, allowing the runners to advance to second and third. While a single could tie the game, Ivan Wilson and Luis Ortega both went down swinging to end the threat. The Mets then went quietly in the ninth.
