Charlotte, NC (Sports Network) - Steve Smith hauled in five passes for 117 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while DeAngelo Williams tallied 108 yards on 17 carries with a score, as the Carolina Panthers edged the Arizona Cardinals, 27-23.
Jake Delhomme netted 248 yards and two TDs on 20-of-28 passing for the Panthers (6-2), who have won two straight and four of five overall. John Kasay connected on both field goal attempts and Jon Beason recorded an interception in the win.
Kurt Warner was 35-of-49 for 381 yards, two TDs and a interception for the Cardinals (4-3), who saw their two-game win streak halted. Anquan Boldin, who hadn't played in two games since suffering a frightening helmet-to-helmet collision with Jets safety Eric Smith on September 28, caught nine passes for 63 yards and two scores, while also leading the team in rushing yards with 30.
