In a piece about the Mets' projected rotation Will Leitch of NY Magazine writes:
"...the new Citi Field, which Mets players who have tried out the stadium say is a "launching pad." (Perhaps the most underreported story of the Mets off-season: That Citi is expected to be a homer-happy park.)"
Leitch is apparently basing his assertion off of the roughly 1 hour of BP Wright, Murphy and Evans took a few months back. Compare to Greg Rybarczyk of the excellent Hit Tracker, who declared Citi the "MLB's new Grand Canyon."
Who ya got? Will, Mr. Deadspin himself, or Greg, a man who spends many of his wakings hours analyzing ballparks and their effect on home runs?
