Once again, the Mets are left trying to salvage the final game of a three-game series against a sub-par team. Victor Diaz gets the bench for his lousy play in the field and on the bases the past few games, and I have to say he deserves it. He has been sloppy and amateurish, and I'm a little surprised Willie didn't pull him from the game last night when he missed the cutoff man and threw to third, allowing the runner to advance to second and put two runners in scoring position.
