Per Metsblog.com, Heath Bell has earned a promotion to the big club while Bartolome "Palmball" Fortunato (not Pedro Feliciano, as earlier reported) has earned a one-way ticket to scrubsville -- a.k.a. Norfolk.
Might this be a precursor to a move involving a right-handed setup man to the starting rotation? We shall see.
