John Maine's line from Game 1:
IP H R ER BB SO HR PC-ST GS 4.2 3 3 2 3 7 0 107-63 52Four great innings and two-thirds of a terrible inning, the aggregate still being a pretty solid start from Maine. I really loved what I saw from him early on, attacking hitters with his fastball. He tired at the end a bit, but I'd love to see him get a few more starts.

Tom Glavine's line from Game 2:
IP H R ER BB SO HR PC-ST GS 5.0 11 5 3 1 3 0 109-69 31Pretty lousy start by Glavine, who allowed fourteen (!) baserunners in just five innings, and was saved from a loss by some late-inning heroics by the Mets' "O".
Mr. Met:

- Pitching: Billy Wagner, 17.4% WPA
- Hitting: Carlos Beltran, -18.7% WPA
