What's The Deal?

I managed to catch a few minutes of the game from my hotel room thanks to Slingbox, but the Mets were actually winning 1-0 at that point. Perusing the boxscore seems to reveal that Oliver Perez was decent, not spectacular, while Pedro Feliciano was a bona fide run-hemorrhager. The biggest transgression came via the Met's offense, which managed practially zippo against Josh Emmereffing Fogg and his seven-plus ERA. It's terrific when Endy-Tatis-Easley are miraculously playing well, but when they turn back into pumpkins I don't think anyone can be surprised when it all turns to crap. And why is Brian Schneider back to playing every day? He has a .629 OPS! Ramon Castro is at .818. Jerry, you're killing us.
