Meet the Mets

The Mets managed to make the weekend series with the Phillies a little interesting by complaining about Chase Utley's late slide against Ruben Tejada. Joe Janish doesn't see what the fuss is about, calling the Mets sissies for complaining. Phillies Nation is a little less harsh on the Mets, but had the same basic take on the incident.

 

Oh yeah and the Mets took two out of three from the Phillies, keeping them from clinching the division. Despite the Mets best efforts, though, the Phils became the first NL team to clinch a playoff spot after the Padres loss.
