Bert Blyleven, Roberto Alomar Elected To Baseball Hall Of Fame

The BBWAA has wrested its website back from certain unscrupulous internet zealots long enough to announce that Bert Blyleven and Roberto Alomar received enough votes -- 75% or better -- to have earned election to baseball's Hall of Fame.

John Olerud (4 votes) received even less support than the laughably inferior Tino Martinez (6 votes).

While a number of truly deserving players were not selected this time around -- Jeff Bagwell and Tim Raines, among others -- at least the two newest members of the Hall have demonstrably earned their place among baseball's immortals.

Full voting results are after the jump.
