AAA - Buffalo Bisons (54-72)________________________________________

BUFFALO 4, TOLEDO 2 (11) (Box)

The Valentino Pascucci legend grows as he crushed a two-run home run to send everyone home happy from Coca Cola Field. The Bisons tied it in the ninth as CF Jesus Feliciano singled home 3B Zach Lutz with two outs to send it to extras, bailing out RHP John Lujan who blew a 1-0 lead in the eighth. RHP Chris Schwinden turned in a fine 5 and 2/3.

AA - Binghamton Mets (54-71)_____________________________________

BINGHAMTON 10, PORTLAND 1 (Box)

Bingo's bats keep plugging away as the squad drubbed Portland for their fifth win in six games. RHP Jeurys Familia was outstanding, allowing only one hit in sixth shutout innings and seems to have put any shoulder issues behind him. 1B Eric Campbell was the offensive star of the night, knocking two doubles and three hits in total. LF Brahiam Maldonado had the big blow with a grand slam, and DH Allan Dykstra added a solo shot, giving him home runs in back to back games.

Hi-A St. Lucie Mets (27-24 // 65-57)________________________________________

St. Lucie's game with Bradenton was rained out. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday.

Lo-A Savannah Sand Gnats (35-20 // 74-50)__________________________________

GREENVILLE 3, SAVANNAH 1 (Box)

Short Season A- Brooklyn Cyclones (34-24)______________________________________

The same weather that delayed the Mets game caused the cancellation of the Cyclones'.

     Star of the Night

Binghamton RHP Jeurys Familia has been lights out his last two times on the bump, striking out 14 in 11 innings of work, while only giving up 2 walks and three hits.

    Goat of the Night

Buffalo SS Jordany Valdespin has struggled at AAA and is now under the mendoza line. It's a small sample and nothing to be worried about, but his 0-5 with a K gets the horns, since I won't give them to Nimmo even as a joke.
