When Anthony DiComo reported that there would be no resolution to the R.A. Dickey trade talks between the Mets and Blue Jays last night, he was correct. But for those who did keep an eye on the news into the wee hours of Saturday morning, Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports had a couple of updates on the situation.

Echoing Ken Rosenthal's report from last night, Passan says that if Travis d'Arnaud would come to the Mets in the deal — and he supposedly will — the Mets will have to give up more than just Dickey.
In other words, if this deal gets done, the Blue Jays are getting back a lot more than just R.A. Dickey on a one-year deal.

We may not have a mystery team here, folks, but it sounds like we have some mystery players. Andy Martino adds that the Blue Jays have been reviewing Dickey's medical records since yesterday afternoon.
