Andy Martino reports that R.A. Dickey passed his physical with the Blue Jays — presumably they were given advance warning that he was missing the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow — and the deal to send the reigning National League Cy Young winner is done.
Source: Dickey has passed his physical. So there you go. The CY Young winner has been traded to Toronto. It's done.

We still don't know who the throw-in prospects are on either side, but we know the principles.
Mets get:
Travis d'Arnaud, catcher
John Buck, catcher
Noah Syndergaard, right-handed pitcher
Blue Jays get:
R.A. Dickey, supernova
Josh Thole, catcher
Dickey will earn $5 million in 2013, after which his newly inked contract extension kicks in which will pay him $25 million in aggregate for 2014 and 2015. There's also a $12 million option for 2016, though it's not yet clear who holds the trigger.
It's a bittersweet day for Mets fans, who welcome two great prospects but say goodbye to one of the most likable players in recent — or any — memory.
