Open Thread: Mets vs. Astros, 3/29/12

The Mets host the Astros in an early evening affair down in Port St. Lucie. Mike Pelfrey--*sigh*--will take the mound for the Amazins, and will hopefully provide some glimmer of Not-Suck in one of his last spring starts. The Mets' lineup is scheduled to closely resemble what we should see on Opening Day, as Ruben Tejada, Daniel Murphy, David Wright, Ike Davis, Jason Bay, and Josh Thole are all slated to start. Plus, Scott Hairston will finally make his Grapefruit League debut after dealing with ouchies all spring.

As for the lineup of the visiting Astros, well, your guess is as good as mine, folks. Apart from starting pitcher Livan Hernandez, I think it may be entirely made up of Madden-generated fake names. So let's see if we can get a meaningless W out of this one, guys.
