Game Two of Brooklyn's series with the Hudson Valley Renegades was postponed due to the expected and than inclement weather in the Hudson Valley. The game was rescheduled for 5:05 PM today, which was nice of them since that means I can get brunch in the city before heading up there. Luis Mateo is still scheduled to pitch Game Two for the Cyclones, but the Renegades now have the option of starting Taylor Guerrieri on normal rest. We'll see what they end up doing. If necessary, Game Three will be played on Monday.
In the other New York Penn League playoff series, the Tri-City Valley Cats still lead the Auburn Doubledays 1-0 as their contest was also rained out.
