Jeff looked at another pair of prospects he saw in 2013, profiling both Wilfredo Tovar and Logan Verrett.

Chris took on the topic of tendering another current Met, relief pitcher Scott Atchison.

Around Baseball

Luckily for everyone, we don't have to worry about what to do on a Friday night with no baseball. The NLCS gets underway this evening in St. Louis with Zack Greinke taking on Joe Kelly.

Buck Martinez should probably re-read Moneyball at some point, assuming he's actually read it in the first place.

Some of the Mets beat writers have already started calling for a David Price trade, and BtB takes on the idea of trying to acquire the Rays pitcher.
