Tonight's Mets vs. Braves game has been postponed

No make-up date has been announced.

Kevin C. Cox

While the weather is lovely today in New York, it is raining in Atlanta, and that means no Mets baseball tonight. Fortunately, the Mets play the Braves quite often, and they shouldn't have any trouble finding a date to make this game up.

The Mets defeated the Braves 7-5 last night in dramatic fashion, and it's a shame that the team won't be able to take advantage of that momentum tonight. That said, momentum is supposedly only as good as the next day's starting pitcher, which should be Jon Niese for the Mets and Julio Teheran for Atlanta. That will have to wait until Sunday, though.

As for tonight tonight, I suggest gathering all your coolest friends together and hosting a Star Wars marathon. May the fourth be with you.
