AAA - Las Vegas 51s (27-26)__________________________________

RENO 0, LAS VEGAS 7 (Box)

Huzzah! Our Pacific Coast League heroes improved over .500 with a 7-0 win at Cashman Field last night! But, my oh my, what an unlikely shutout it was as 51s pitchers allowed 10 hits and five walks, but were also bailed out by four double plays. D.J. Mitchell got the win, but was about as unimpressive as you can be without giving up a run. Collin Cowgill went yard in the first, and Jame Hoffmann broke the game open with a fifth-inning grand slam. Yay 51s!

AA - Binghamton Mets (31-24)_____________________________________

BINGHAMTON 7, NEW HAMPSHIRE 8 (Box)

This started out nice for the B-Mets, as Jays former first-round pick Deck McGuire was hit hard in the second inning, propelling the B-Mets to a 5-0 lead. However, McGuire eventually settled down, while Logan Verrett began to melt down. The Fisher Cats scored two run apiece in the fourth and fifth, and took the lead in the sixth courtesy of an Adam Loewen grand slam. A valiant effort at a comeback win in the ninth was started by a Darrell Ceciliani single and a Blake Forsythe double and quashed by three straight groundouts to close the game out.
