Last week we brought you the good news that David Wright had more All-Star votes than Pablo Sandoval. Although the Kung-Fu Panda has come off the disabled list since then, Wright's momentum has proven to be too much, and the captain of the Mets is now ahead by over 800,000 votes.
David Wright has surged ahead of Pablo Sandoval: 4,452,282 to 3,610,096. #mets #sfgiants

Fans can continue voting for Wright until 11:59 p.m. on July 4. The online ballot is located right here. It's really easy to vote more than once, so fans should make sure they stuff as many ballots into the virtual box as possible.
If you need a reason to vote for Wright—besides the fact that he is more than two wins more valuable than any other National League third baseman, per Fangraphs—check out this GIF comparison between New York's third baseman and the pudgy one from the west coast.
