Yuck. Aaron Harang shut the Mets down as they managed just one hit and lost 6-0 to the Braves. Again, yuck.

The big news is that Ike Davis is now a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates, as the Mets pulled the trigger on a trade yesterday evening. The Mets have received reliever Zack Thornton along with a player to be named later, which sounds like it could be a significant piece. Here's a roundup of the reactions to the deal, as well as the impact it'll have on the Mets' roster.
