The Mets have set their starting rotation for Games 2 and 3 of the National League Division Series against the Dodgers. Noah Syndergaard will get the ball for Saturday's Game 2 at Dodger Stadium, while Matt Harvey will start Game 3 in New York at Citi Field next Monday. Yesterday, the team named Jacob deGrom as the starter for Friday's opening game in L.A. Moreover, if the Mets fall behind 2-1, Terry Collins said they may go back to deGrom—and possibly Syndergaard—on short rest.

Syndergaard, who made his major league debut on May 12, finished with a mark of 9-7 and a 3.24 ERA. Harvey, who was the subject of controversy surrounding his innings limit during the regular season, ended with a 13-8 record and a 2.71 ERA as he returned from Tommy John surgery. The club is still playing it safe with Harvey; Sandy Alderson said a few days ago that Harvey would make just one start during the series, so everything we're hearing about the series' rotation schedule supports that.

The Dodgers have yet to officially announce their starters for the first three games, but it is expected that Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke will start Games 1 and 2, with an exact order to be determined soon.
