Thomas B. Shea-USA TODAY Sports

In addition to the release of the start times for the first two games of the series, the umpiring crew for this entire series has been announced. The entire slate can be found here.

The crew for the Mets-Dodgers series is made up of Alan Porter, Jim Wolf, Greg Gibson, Chris Guccione, Gary Cederstrom and Chad Fairchild. For game one, Porter will be behind the plate and Cedestrom will serve as the crew chief throughout the series. Wolf, Gibson, and Guccione will work the infield for game one, while Cederstrom and Fairchild have been assigned outfield duty for the first game.

This series features two umpires in Gibson and Cederstrom that have been assignment to World Series duties and every one of these umpires has postseason experience, with four of the five at least having umpired a League Championship Series. In game one, Jacob deGrom will take the mound for the Mets against one of either Clayton Kershaw or Zack Grienke.
