The 2015 Mets featured five rookies in this year's World Series, more rookies than any previous World Series team in franchise history. For this week's Mind Boggler, we'd like you to name every Mets rookie to play in a World Series game.
Mets rookies to play in a World Series game.
Noah Syndergaard was the Mets' highest-impact rookie throughout the postseason. The righty won Game 3 of the World Series on the strength of six strong innings in which he allowed three runs on seven hits, while striking out six and walking two. Should the series have gotten there, Syndergaard was slated to pitch Game 7.
To qualify for this list, the rookie needed to have at least one plate appearance or face at least one batter in a World Series game. You'll have four minutes to complete the quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
