Amazin' Avenue Audio, Episode 103: James Shields is not a Met

New, 8 comments

Every week there is nothing to talk about, I will pick another iconoclastic film director to talk about. At least sign a minor league free agent or something!

If you buy something from an SB Nation link, Vox Media may earn a commission. See our ethics statement.

Run Time: 2:11:11

In the "Michael Cuddyer: Mindfreak" edition, Jeffrey and Greg discuss the films of Werner Herzog, Jeffrey and David Roth discuss the films of Ron Howard, and then Jeffrey and Greg discuss the merits of the TV show, "Sliders." This has been the worst offseason ever, you guys. There is also kvetching about James Shields, an in-depth analysis of the playoff odds of our two favorite second-division sports teams, and a (too) long consideration of the 2003 Mets.

As always, you can listen or subscribe to the podcast through iTUNES, find us on the stitcher app, listen through the embedded player below, or download the podcast directly from Blog Talk Radio.

Don't forget you can email the show at podcast@amazinavenueaudio.com. And tune in next week when hopefully we will stay on something at least vaguely resembling the beaten path.
