The Mets' offense was pretty good against the Giants tonight, but Matt Harvey got shelled as the team lost for the second straight night. Harvey allowed three home runs and seven runs in six innings, striking out just three and walking two in the process. Most of the bad stuff came in the sixth, as San Francisco scored five runs.
Before that, the Mets actually turned a 2-0 deficit into a 4-2 lead, but that seemed like a distant memory by the time the game was over.
