ST. LUCIE 3, CLEARWATER 2 (Box) 13 innings

Amed Rosario mercifully drove in Stefan Sabol with an RBI single in the 13th and St. Lucie was able to hang on and move two games over .500. The single was the third time Rosario reached base on the night, he added a double and a walk in six trips to the plate.

Low-A - Savannah Sand Gnats (34-30)__________________________________

HICKORY 4, SAVANNAH 1 (Box)

Clearly the loss of Brad Wieck has affected the clubhouse chemistry in Savannah as they've now dropped two in a row following their 10-game winning streak. Casey Meisner pitched for the Sand Gnats but gave up four runs in his six-plus innings of work, raising his ERA all the way up to 2.15. Eudor Garcia continued to be a bright spot in the lineup, collecting two more hits including a double.

Star of the Night

Michael Gibbons.

Goat of the Night

Josh Smoker, for blowing the save in St. Lucie.
