As you may have read on this website, the Mets are in the midst of a four-game series with the Toronto Blue Jays. On Thursday former Met and 80-grade pitching face, R.A. Dickey, will face his old club just one day past the two-and-a-half-year anniversary of the blockbuster deal that brough the Mets Noah Syndergaard, Travis d'Arnaud, John Buck, and Wuilmer Becerra (and if you want to play out the string, half of Dilson Herrera and Vic Black).
So with the help of our friends over at PitchTalks, we are polling Mets and Jays fans to find out their reactions to the trade thirty months later. So if you have a minute, fill out the poll at the bottom of this post and feel free to drop a comment or two about the deal in the usual spot. PitchTalks will compile the results for tomorrow's anniversary (Dickeyversary?)
And after you are done with that, it might be a good time to check out The Legend of the Non-Elite Prospect.
