Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (57-44)_______________________________________
RENO 8, LAS VEGAS 5 (Box)
Reno scored three runs in the eighth off Las Vegas relievers John Church and Chase Hutchingson to break a 5-5 tie that vaulted the Aces to an 8-5 win.
Luis Cessa started for the 51s and his struggles since being promoted to Triple-A continued. He allowed five earned runs over six innings and was victimized by the long ball twice, one of those a solo shot by former Met Nick Evans. Las Vegas outfielders Travis Taijeron and Cory Vaughn had nice performances at the plate. Taijeron homered twice, giving him 17 on the season, and had three RBI. Vaughn went 3-for-5 with a double and RBI.
Double-A - Binghamton Mets (54-45)_____________________________________
TRENTON 3, BINGHAMTON 0 (Box)
Binghamton starter Rainy Lara pitched well, but was overshadowed by Trenton's Brady Lail, who fired a two-hit shutout in the Thunder's 3-0 victory. Lara matched zeroes on the scoreboard until the sixth, when he was touched for three runs, the big blow coming on a two-run home run by Mark Payton.
The B-Mets managed just two singles off Lail, one from Gavin Cecchini and the other from the rehabbing Travis d'Arnaud, who finished 1-for-3 on the night, and picked a runner off first base while catching five innings.
Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (49-49 / 14-14)_____________________________________
GAME ONE- ST. LUCIE 5, BREVARD COUNTY 1 (Box)
St. Lucie and Brevard County completed their game that was suspended by rain on Thursday, with the Mets coming out on top 5-1. Designated hitter Matt Oberste had RBI singles in the first, third, and fifth innings to pace the offense. Logan Taylor picked up the win as he entered the game in the second inning and went five innings, allowing no runs on a lone hit. Taylor walked four and struck out three.

GAME TWO- BREVARD COUNTY 6, ST. LUCIE 4 (Box)
Miller Diaz was given a four-run first inning from the St. Lucie offense, but couldn't hold it as Brevard County rallied for a 6-4 win to earn a split of the evening's games.
St. Lucie got on the scoreboard first thanks to an RBI single from Dominic Smith that scored Yeixon Ruiz. Maikis De La Cruz then singled, and Game 1 hero Matt Oberste continued his big night with a two-run double. The Mets went up 4-0 when Stefan Sabol singled home Oberste.
Diaz nearly gave all the runs back in the bottom of the inning as he gave up two walks, two singles, and hit a batter, allowing Brevard County to close the deficit to 4-3. The lead was gone by the bottom of the fifth after Diaz allowed the go-ahead, two-run home run to Manatees' third baseman Taylor Brennan.
Low-A - Savannah Sand Gnats (51-47 / 12-16)__________________________________
GREENSBORO 5, SAVANNAH 4 (Box)
The Sand Gnats got home runs from Michael Katz and Tyler Moore, but it wasn't enough as they fell 5-4 to Greensboro. Savannah starter Ricky Knapp took the loss and was bit by the home run bug three times as the Grasshoppers scored five runs in his six innings of work.
SS-A - Brooklyn Cyclones (19-15)_______________________________________
BROOKLYN 2, MAHONING VALLEY 1 (Box)
Brooklyn rode a strong start from Gaby Almonte to a 2-1 win over Mahoning Valley. Almonte was strong, allowing no runs on five hits in six innings, striking out five and walking three. the Cyclones managed their only runs in the fourth, when they loaded the bases with no outs. Henglebert Rojas and Zach Mathieu followed with back-to-back sacrifice flies, providing all the offense they would need with Almonte shutting down the Scrappers.

Not much to mention other than Ali Sanchez continuing to rake Rookie Ball. The Mets catcher singled in the only run and his average now sits at .354.
