Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (67-56)_______________________________________

LAS VEGAS 5, IOWA 4 (Box)

Double-A - Binghamton Mets (63-52)_____________________________________

NO GAME (SCHEDULE)

Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (60-60 /25-25)_____________________________________

BRADENTON 5, ST LUCIE 0 (Box)

  • CF Kyle Johnson: 0-4
  • 2B Jeff McNeil: 0-4
  • DH Matt Oberste: 1-4, K
  • 1B Dominic Smith: 1-3, BB; I'm coming around on Dom. I'm not ready to talk about it just yet but I'm coming around.
  • RF Victor Cruzado: 0-4, K
  • 3B Jhoan Urena: 1-2, BB, 2 E
  • SS Amed Rosario: 0-3
  • P Marcos Molina: 4.0 IP, 6 H, 5 R, 5 ER, 2 BB, 3 K; So I guess Molina is back? It's great that he was able to avoid Tommy John surgery, although I suppose--given that delivery--it might just be delaying the inevitable. Regardless, it's nice to see an actual pitching prospect in the Mets system, eh?

Low-A - Savannah Sand Gnats (71-48 / 32-17)__________________________________

SAVANNAH 6, AUGUSTA 1 (Box)

I look at this Savannah lineup and rotation and then I look up at their record and I'm somewhat amazed. They've won 14 straight and haven't lost since August 2nd. They now lead the second half division by four games after already having wrapped up the first half title. I'm not sure what happens when you pull off a double like that. Do they just cancel the playoffs and hand them the trophy?

SS-A - Brooklyn Cyclones (25-30)_______________________________________

Rookie - Kingsport Mets (29-24)__________________________

KINGSPORT 6, PRINCETON 2 (Box)

Rookie - GCL Mets (25-24)__________________________

GCL MARLINS 4, GCL METS 0 (Box)
