Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (69-58)_______________________________________

LAS VEGAS 8, OMAHA 3 (Box)

Have a night, Travis Taijeron. Taijeron's three home runs carried the 51s to a win over Omaha. Rehabbing Kirk Nieuwenhuis went 1-for-4 with a strikeout, while Brandon Nimmo (inexplicably batting ninth) went hitless with two strikeouts and a walk. In less positive news, Kevin Plawecki left the game with an injury after his second at bat.

Double-A - Binghamton Mets (67-55)_____________________________________

BINGHAMTON 9, NEW HAMPSHIRE 5 (Box)

With a lineup lacking a singe legitimate prospect, Binghamton was still able to put up nine runs and get the win over New Hampshire. Gabriel Ynoa was again mediocre and future Mets relief ace Josh Smoker had a bat outing, but Akeel Morris and Jeff Walters each pitched a scoreless inning.

Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (38-37 / 24-25)_____________________________________

PALM BEACH 3, ST. LUCIE 2 (Box)

St. Lucie starter Miller Diaz didn't make it out of the fifth inning, and while the bullpen was spotless after that, the Mets could not make up the deficit. David Wright went 3-for-4 with a strikeout and Amed Rosario was 2-for-4 with a double.

Low-A - Savannah Sand Gnats (40-34 / 34-14)__________________________________

SAVANNAH 5, KANNAPOLIS 0 (Box)

Savannah kept rolling, winning it's 17th consecutive game, thanks to eight fantastic innings from Chris Flexen. Flexen allowed only four his, struck out ten, and gave up no runs. The win pushes the Sand Gnats to 20 games over .500 in the second half.

SS-A - Brooklyn Cyclones (27-31)_______________________________________

ABERDEEN 5, BROOKLYN 1 (Box)

Brooklyn continues to flail, losing 5-1 to Aberdeen and not looking particularly good doing so. Gaby Almonte had a thoroughly mediocre start, and Brandon Welch yielded two runs in only two-thirds of an inning. On the offensive side, the Cyclones managed only one run on seven hits.

Rookie - Kingsport Mets (31-25)__________________________

KINGSPORT 3, BLUEFIELD 2 (Box)

Kingsport scored two runs in the top of the ninth thanks to an error on a ground ball hit by Luis Carpio. That miscue allowed the Mets to tie the game, and Dash Winningham followed with a triple to take the lead. The late heroics rewarded some good pitching from starter Erik Manoah and reliever Adrian Almeida.

Rookie - GCL Mets (26-27)__________________________

GCL METS 2, GCL NATIONALS 1 (Box)

The Mets managed only two hits (one each from Ricardo Cespedes and Anthony Dimino), but that was all they'd need to top the Nationals 2-1. Held hitless until the sixth, three walks an an HBP from Nationals pitcher McKenzie Mills allowed the Mets to score twice with only a single.

DSL - DSL Mets1 (33-38)__________________________

DSL MARINERS1 10, DSL METS1 1 (Box)

Ouch.
