The Mets beat the Phillies 6-5 this evening, their fifth-straight victory. They took an early 3-0 lead on a two-run home run from Yoenis Cespedes in the first and a Noah Syndergaard double in the second. But the Phillies took the lead with two two-run home runs against Syndergaard in the third inning.

In the top of the sixth, however, Travis d'Arnaud worked a bases-loaded walk to tie the game, and Michael Cuddyer followed that up with a pinch-hit two-run single. Eric O'Flaherty gave up a run in the bottom of that inning, but Hansel Robles took over for him, and he, Tyler Clippard, and Jeurys Familia shut the Phillies out the rest of the way to complete the win.
