Final Score: Braves 6, Mets 3—Freddie Freeman does it again

The Mets lost to the Braves, thanks in large part to a big night from Freddie Freeman.

The Mets lost to the Braves again tonight, this time by a 6-3 score. Bartolo Colon was great—perfect, even—until he wasn't, and despite having held a 2-0 lead, the Mets gave up three runs in the seventh to lose that lead. David Wright tied the game with a single in the bottom of that inning, but Jeurys Familia, who had been dominant for a very long time, gave up a three-run home run to Freddie Freeman in the ninth inning, and that pretty much ended the game.
