Indians’ second baseman Jason Kipnis injured his ankle during his team’s celebration, but he should be able to play in Game 1 of the World Series.

Terry Francona has his rotation set for the first three games of the World Series.

How well do the Indians and Cubs match up with each other?

Dexter Fowler will become the first African-American to play in the World Series wearing a Cub uniform.

The Dodgers will need to make decisions regarding two key pieces in their playoff run.

This Date in Mets History

The 2000 Mets won their only game against the Yankees in Game 3 of the World Series. Orlando Hernandez begged Joe Torre to keep him in the eighth inning of a 2-2 ballgame and Torre complied. Todd Zeile led off the eighth with a single and then Benny Agbayani drove one to the wall and the Mets were on their way to a 4-2 victory.
