Jeurys Familia has been charged with domestic violence. Familia, who appeared in a commercial against domestic violence this year, could be facing a stiff penalty from MLB. Worse still for Familia, Bob Klapisch reports that his use of the surname Mojica during his arrest was allegedly done to intentionally hide it from the Mets and the media.
