Every year we hold a community competition called the Amazin' Avenue Offseason Plan Contest. You can read about last year's here. We're finalizing prizes (please email me if you have something you'd like to offer!) and should launch the contest any day now.
Before we do, I wanted to give you all an opportunity to weigh in on how the contest is run. Since it's a contest for the community, it just makes sense for the community to steer the rules.
Please use this thread to raise and discuss anything you think is relevant to the AAOP. This could include:
- Selection process to determine the finalists and the winners
- Eligibility of past winners
- Max payroll suggestions (we're currently thinking of setting it at $130 million)
- Prize ideas
- Anything else!
We very much want to hear from you. Your feedback and ideas will help determine the rules for this year's contest.
