Last week, we asked you to name every player in Mets history to play at least one game at every infield position in a single season. Now, we're doing something similar for the outfield: For this week's Mind Boggler, we'd like you to name every Met to play at least 15 games at every outfield position in a single season.
Mets to play at least 15 games at every outfield position in a single season.
Juan Lagares seems to be the most likely Met to accomplish the feat in 2016. Lagares hits lefties well and should get a number of starts against them this year. It does not appear, however, that he will be in a strict platoon with either of the Mets' three primary outfielders. Lagares should therefore see some time in left field filling in for Michael Conforto, in center field for Yoenis Cespedes, and in right field for Curtis Granderson.
You'll have six minutes for this quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
