The Mets got their first spring training win this afternoon as they visited the Houston Astros. Robert Gsellman got the start and allowed one run on three hits in two innings. A day after hitting an inside-the-park home run, Dilson Herrera hit a triple. And Josh Smoker, who had a very good year for the Mets in the minors last year after they picked him up out of indie ball, struck out two batters, including Carlos Gomez, in a scoreless inning.
