Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (5-4)_______________________________________

LAS VEVAS 3, RENO 0 (Box)

Sean Gilmartin was brilliant, tossing seven shutout innings with eight strikeouts and allowing only three hits. Dilson Herrera made his return to the field after battling a shoulder injury and tallied a hit and a run. Matt Reynolds had two triples and the other two runs for the 51s, while Travis Taijeron had two hits of his own.

Double-A - Binghamton Mets (5-3)_____________________________________

BINGHAMTON 4, ERIE 0 (Box)

Logan Taylor and the Binghamton bullpen pitched a shutout, allowing only five hits and a pair of walks. L. J. Mazzili and Derrik Gibson led the wa offensively, while more legitimate prospect Dominic Smith went 0-for-5 with a strikeout. Stats are hardly everything, but Smith is off to a slow start at Double-A, batting only .226 with a .387 SLG through his first 37 PA.

Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (7-4)_____________________________________

BREVARD COUNTY 13, ST. LUCIE 0 (Box)

An ugly. ugly game for St. Lucie. Scarlyn Reyes had no control and was hurt even further by errors from John Mora and Amed Rosario. Down by eleven by the end of the third, St. Lucie could only muster two hits, as they were dominated by Brandon Woodruff. On the positive side, Wuilmer Becerra returned to the lineup and had a hit and a walk.

Low-A - Columbia Fireflies (5-6)__________________________________

GREENVILLE 11, COLUMBIA 5 (Box)

Tyler Badamo was shellacked for six runs in five innngs, and the FIreflies's offense could not recover as they slipped back below .500. Badama surrendered three extra base hits to the first four batters he faced and was unable to right the ship, while the bullpen let things slip even further away late in the game. Columbia loaded the bases inthe bottom of the ninth, but couldn't score.
